The company was founded by Condredge and Holly Owens, who are both natives of Alabama. Condredge and Holly both have extensive training in customer service. Most notably, Condredge has worked within the
transportation industry and information technology (IT) sector with Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years.
With this experience, we have mastered communication, multitasking, and prioritizing customer needs. We ensure that we are providing the highest level of support by making connections with clients that are, as we say, “Made With Love.”
